Mabuhay!   Whatever the reasons that brought your cursor here in my little domain ~ Welcome!
I'm an almost 40 mother of 3, who dabbles in writing in her spare time.
A few seasons ago, I've quit corporate life, packed our bags, and move here in Singapore.
Domestic Diva is how I answer when asked of my current profession.

Blogging my attempt to immortalize the short existence
we have in this wonderful world.  Someday, when I turn into a funky
70something Golden Girl, I have something to look back,
and keep me from getting Alzheimer's.
If you share the same feelings, let's keep in touch!
It wouldn't hurt to make a new friend or two in this World.

  1. Hello there!

I am Eileen from foodpanda, a local food delivery service. We are looking to get in touch with the expat community here and we came across your blog.

We believe your blog is an effective platform for expats who have just arrived in Singapore. We understand the initial difficulties expats faced in moving overseas to a new country and having to adapt to a foreign place, adjusting to a different climate and foreign cuisine.

And this is where we come in. Our new start-up, www.foodpanda.sg, is a food delivery service that aims to help expats and their families.

We wish to get in touch with you and if you are interested to know me, please feel free to contact me via email at e.teo@foodpanda.com

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Best,
    Eileen

  3. Hi there,

I found Sweet Life in Singapore on Expat Blog where my wife and I also list our expat blog, http://theviewdownunder.blogspot.com.

About a year and a half ago we moved from New York to Sydney and had a difficult time finding a reputable international mover. Because of our experience, we started GoodMigrations (http://GoodMigrationsHelps.com) as a free resource for people to rate their international moving company so others can make informed decisions.

We're just starting out, so I'm reaching out to fellow expats to ask them to review their moving experiences on the site. If you used a mover and could take 60 seconds to rate your experience (or even mention the site on your blog to spread the word to others), I would be grateful for your help!

    Many thanks,
    Adam Vagley
